On July 21, 2023, the Taoist Federation (Singapore) celebrated its 33rd anniversary and held a grand Harmony Dinner in Singapore.
The Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, and Second Minister for Law, Mr. Edwin Tong Chun Fai, attended the event as an honored guest.
Representatives from various religions took the stage together to offer prayers for the prosperity and peace of Singapore.
The President of the Taoist Federation (Singapore), Tan Thiam Lye BBM (L), delivered a welcome speech, extending his warm welcome to all the distinguished guests. 
Minister Edwin Tong also addressed the audience.
Tan Thiam Lye BBM (L) and Minister Edwin Tong jointly presented tokens of appreciation to the representatives of Taoist temples in recognition of their contributions.
Tan Thiam Lye BBM (L) also presented souvenirs on behalf of the Taoist Federation to Minister Edwin Tong, Mr. Melvin Yong Yik Chye, MP representing Radin Mas SMC, and Ms. Yeo Wan Lin, MP representing the Punggol Shore division of Pasir Ris–Punggol GRC.
During the evening, the Taoist Federation prepared various cultural performances representing different ethnic groups, including Malay and Indian dances, Chinese and Malay martial arts demonstrations, and singing performances, among others.
